Master Grade Gundam kits offer a larger and more involved building experience. Usually produced in 1/100 scale, these kits have a strong display presence and often include detailed internal frames, layered armour and mechanical features that become part of the build itself.

The range covers mobile suits from across the Gundam universe, including distinctive projects such as the MG Eclipse Gundam, classic designs and elaborate Ver. Ka releases. The larger components make fine details easier to appreciate, while the additional parts create plenty of opportunities for careful panel lining, painting, decals and custom finishes. You can enjoy them as supplied or turn each kit into a longer modelling project.

Master Grade is a natural choice when you want something more substantial than a typical 1/144 scale build. If you prefer similarly detailed engineering in a smaller format, take a look at Real Grade. You can compare both ranges through our main Gundam model kits page. If this will be your first complex Gunpla, our beginner’s building guide covers preparation, essential tools and the assembly process.

For a detailed comparison with Bandai’s other ranges, read our guide to Gunpla grades.
