Introducing Kill Team Basildon – a brand-new wargaming club based in Basildon, Essex, dedicated entirely to Kill Team. Created by players, for players, the club is all about relaxed, tactical skirmish gaming in a friendly and like-minded community.
Kill Team offers fast-paced games, small elite forces and plenty of nail-biting moments – making it one of the most accessible and engaging ways to enjoy the Warhammer hobby. Kill Team Basildon exists to give local players a regular place to meet, roll dice, and enjoy the game without pressure – whether you’re experienced or completely new to the game.
When and Where We Play
Kill Team Basildon meets on the first Sunday of every month, running all day, giving players the freedom to drop in for a few games or settle in for a full day of action.
Games take place at Riverton Hall, an accessible local venue with plenty of space for gaming.

A Club for All Skill Levels
One of our core goals is to make Kill Team approachable for everyone. The club is suitable for:
- Experienced Kill Team players looking for regular games
- Returning hobbyists rediscovering the system
- New players who want to learn in a supportive environment
If you don’t have your own kill team yet, that’s absolutely fine – club teams are available to borrow, allowing you to try the game before committing to a force of your own. Explanations, guidance and friendly advice are always available.
