Description
Sons of Behemat: Boss-stompers
The Sons of Behemat Boss-stompers kit adds three disciplined Gargants to your Warhammer Age of Sigmar army. These unusually focused fighters take pride in their skill with enormous clubs. In battle, they tackle the hard work of breaking enemy formations and battering important foes.
Boss-stompers stand taller than Mancrusher Gargants but remain smaller than their Mega-Gargant masters. As a result, their distinctive size gives them a commanding presence within a Sons of Behemat collection.
Choose Your Gargants
The multipart plastic kit builds three Boss-stompers, each armed with a brutal club for close combat. Their imposing weapons and varied details capture the rough, scavenged appearance of the Sons of Behemat.
Alternatively, assemble the three miniatures as Rock-hurlers. These ranged Gargants crush their enemies with dropped, rolled or thrown boulders and chunks of stolen masonry. Therefore, the alternative build brings a very different style to the same set of three miniatures.
Box Contents
- 3 × multipart plastic Boss-stompers
Alternatively, the kit can build:
- 3 × Rock-hurlers
The box builds three Gargant miniatures in total.
Building and Painting the Sons of Behemat Boss-stompers
The Boss-stompers and Rock-hurlers make an engaging painting project filled with characterful details. For example, their weathered skin, crude weapons and scavenged clothing offer plenty of scope for creative painting. In addition, assorted trophies help you connect the trio visually with the rest of your army.
Use Citadel Plastic Glue to assemble the miniatures. Afterwards, Citadel Colour paints can bring their skin, weapons and collected treasures to life.
Fighting with Boss-stompers and Rock-hurlers
Meanwhile, Boss-stompers provide the Sons of Behemat with a trio of determined close-combat fighters. They specialise in scattering enemy forces and pulverising their leaders with oversized clubs.
Rock-hurlers instead bring ranged attacks to the army. Their ability to drop, toss or roll their ammunition gives them a distinct battlefield role. In addition, a unit of three Rock-hurlers forms the new Sons of Behemat Spearhead army. This makes the kit a direct route into smaller Warhammer Age of Sigmar battles.
Whether you prefer the club-wielding Boss-stompers or the boulder-throwing Rock-hurlers, this kit introduces a distinctive unit to the faction. Both builds offer imposing miniatures to paint and a fresh way to expand your collection.
Note: This product is intended for hobby use and is unsuitable for children under 12. All miniatures are supplied unpainted and will require assembly.
