Grell Firefist has travelled across the Mortal Realms, fighting and feasting her way through almost everything they can offer. An experienced mercenary willing to serve nearly anyone for the right price, she enters battle carrying Blastbelch – an enormous cannon capable of reducing tightly packed enemy formations to bloody ruin.

Grell’s enthusiasm for blackpowder remains undiminished, even after an accident cost her one of her hands. The resulting model captures the character of a veteran ogor adventurer, pairing the battered equipment and trophies of a well-travelled warrior with a cannon large enough to dominate the miniature.

Grell is depicted carrying her beloved cannon, Blastbelch, together with the ammunition and equipment gathered during her long career as a mercenary. Her distinctive silhouette, blackpowder weaponry and fire-scarred appearance make her immediately recognisable among the hulking warriors of an ogor force.

As a single character miniature, Grell also makes an excellent standalone painting project for collectors who enjoy adding individual personalities to their armies.

Assembly and Painting

Grell Firefist requires assembly and is supplied unpainted. Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel Colour paints are recommended.

The model offers plenty of varied painting opportunities, from weathered metal and blackened cannon components to worn leather, trophies, ammunition and ogor skin. Blastbelch provides a particularly strong focal point and can be finished with soot, scorch marks and chipped metal to reflect Grell’s long history of explosive violence.

Tactical Use & Strategic Role

Grell Firefist is a ranged Ogor Mawtribes Hero who uses Blastbelch to threaten enemy infantry with devastating cannon fire. The weapon can be loaded with whatever ammunition she has to hand, while its Ogor-made Ammunition becomes especially dangerous when Grell concentrates her fire against a single target.

The deafening report of Blastbelch also provides a useful distraction for nearby ogors. Grell can allow a friendly unit to retreat without suffering mortal damage from doing so before charging again later in the same turn, helping the Mawtribes disengage and build momentum for another crushing assault.

With considerable battlefield experience and one of the largest personal firearms in the Mortal Realms, Grell brings ranged power and tactical flexibility to an army better known for solving its problems at close quarters.
