Warhammer Colour: Layer Eshin Grey 12ml

Description

Warhammer Colour Eshin Grey Layer Paint provides a dark grey colour for building highlights, adding definition and refining painted miniature details. Its Layer formulation is designed to be applied over dry Base paints in controlled, smooth coats.

Eshin Grey is particularly useful for highlighting black and very dark grey areas without creating an overly bright contrast. It works well on armour, weapons, cloth, machinery, stone and other surfaces that need subtle grey definition. The colour can also act as a foundation for progressively lighter grey highlights.

The 12ml pot features the new Warhammer Colour branding, replacing the previous Citadel Colour presentation.

Using Eshin Grey Layer Paint

First, shake the pot thoroughly before use. Apply Eshin Grey with a suitable brush over a fully dry base colour. Use a controlled amount of paint and thin it as required to help maintain a smooth finish.

For general layering, apply the paint to raised and prominent surfaces while allowing the darker base colour to remain visible in the recesses. For edge highlighting, use the side or point of a fine brush to draw a narrow line along the model’s raised edges.

Several thin coats will normally provide a smoother and more controlled result than one heavy application. Allow each coat to dry before adding another layer or moving on to a lighter highlight colour.

Each pot contains 12ml of water-based paint. Clean brushes with water after use.
