Description
Trials of Saruman for The Lord of the Rings Roleplaying
What would you do if the White Wizard asked for your help? Trials of Saruman sends your fellowship to serve, or quietly watch, Saruman in the years before the War of the Ring. This is an adventure supplement for The Lord of the Rings Roleplaying, the 5E adaptation of The One Ring.
Its six adventures run from the year 2965 to the opening moves of the War of the Ring. Play them separately or link them into a longer tale. Saruman is still counted among the Wise, though his pride is growing; the choices your heroes make bring them close to a turning point in Middle-earth’s story.
What you’re buying
One English-language Trials of Saruman adventure book for the 5E Lord of the Rings Roleplaying game. If your group uses The One Ring rules instead, see Hands of the White Wizard.
